SODEICO, a company specialized in recruitment and outsourcing qualified personnel is recruiting a qualified Financial and Sales Data Analyst. The Sales Data Analyst (SDA) supports the Project Manager and sales team in establishing and analysing sales and customers' reports, making the Sales Force and Surgical organization more efficient and more customer focused. He must be dynamic, pro-active and ambitious.
He/She will be in charge of :
Provides analysis support, proactively manages data and data sources, prepares periodic reports on key company metrics including local market activity.
Responsible for the management and maintenance of the market database of all occupiers and investors.
Creates and manages lists of targets, tracks progress and issues periodic updates.
Ensures business plans, tracking reports, pursuit strategies, analyses, and various other scheduled and ad-hoc reports, dashboards and analyses are accurate and completed/delivered on time.
Prepares materials for and participates in market meetings/calls and debriefs.
Partners with Research and Marketing in generating reports and supporting materials for Sales Management.
Acts as the local Salesforce expert, assisting brokers, support staff, management and others in the full utilization of the tool.
Helps users become familiar with all functions of the tool to facilitate integration of Salesforce into the culture of the market.
Learns, supports and drives the adoption of other technology tools.
Performs other duties may be assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers.
May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
Key Sales Activites :
Report daily Field Force KPI's (number of sales from CRM
Report specific data from CRM
Report Monthly Sales and
Report New Trade Agent onboarding and activities
Monitor the SF Objectives and Incentive scheme Involvement on daily, weekly and Monthly basis
Key Financial Activities:
- Assemble daily attendance reports;
- Calculate variables based on sales;
- Do harmonisations with HR Partner;
- Prepare invoicing to client
Qualifications pour l'emploi
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with Economics as Major from a 5-year college or university required
- Diploma or professional Master, MBA or equivalent ».
- Seven (7) years minimum experience in sales, finance or marketing position;
- Three (3) years minimum in similar position;
- Professional Experience in FMCG sector is a plus
